Appalling service and lack of communication from Builders Warehouse

Absolutely appalling service from Builders Warehouse online customer service as well as Builders Express Herm****.

My delivery was arranged (after I had to call a few times chasing it up) so I stayed home to wait for it. Without letting me know, the delivery did not happen. I have since followed up again a few times and keep getting promises someone will phone me back, to no avail. The installation of the aircon unit was scheduled with the installer for today, which I have now had to cancel and pay the call out fee.

I definitely do not recommend Builders Warehouse online at all.

Very interesting that Builders Warehouse can respond to complaints within less than 30 minutes, but to date and time, I have had no feedback from the actual online team or team at Builders Express Herm****.
