Appalling service

I purchased an item at Builders warehouse in Gezina that needed installation.The arrangement was for the installation to be done 29.03.2022 no one showed up or updated me on when they will do it, I called I was told they can not get hold of the store pple and no arrangement were made when they will come and every agent I spoke too, promised to get back to me .Only the 07.04.2022 someone called for arrangement for the 9.04.2022 and time which was 10am no one showed up at 9am when I specifically have told them I have plans they only arrived at 2pm . The builders Waterhouse service is pathetic and disrespectful to customers times My ref a***
