Appalling Service

On the 13th November 2020, I made a purchase of the following items: Plascon Micatex Safari Trail 20LT and 2X Plascon Micatex 20LT Island at Builders Trade Depot in King William's Town on 184 Buffalo Road which I was told would be ready in 3 days time, the 16th of November. These were amounting in R2844.00

The 16th came and went with my money already taken by Builders. I then inquired on Monday the 6th of December 2020. 3 weeks later and there was still no movement on my order.

On the 10th December 2020 after my complaining to the Head Office for the delayed response in Service Delivery asking for a refund, I then get an insolent call from the company lacking in remorse saying that my money is ready for collection. Why did any action from this store only take place after multiple complaints and requests made in person?

The level of service I received from this store and been beyond appalling and some form of apology should be made.
