Appalling Service!!!!!

Please close my account as there is absolutely no use for it.

I have been trying to make an online purchase and it is not going through.

I have spoken to 6 useless agents from *****, rcs and builders my card was blocked and I have never received an explanation as to why it was blocked.

I had to miss work to go to the offices in Soweto to get a new card but I STILL CAN NOT THIS THE DAMN CARD!!!
