Appalling Service.

I purchase building material on Sunday the 16th of September 2018 and i'm told delivery will be made latest Wednesday 19 of September 2018. Today i'm told trucks are travelling far and that i did not purchase pallets. You tell me about pallets now and that your trucks are travelling far, how the hell is that my problem? You charge me R720 for transport and you can't even tell me when you will deliver my material. Why the hell do you then make me fill a Customer Delivery Instruction which states that goods purchased before 14H00 will be delivered the next business day, but you don't even keep your own promises. This is totally appalling service and this definitely the last purchase i will make at Builders Polokwane.
