Appalling service
I bought a geyser on 28/06/2018 from Builders Warehouse Montana, it was given to me without valves, to date I have not received them and they don't communicate with me unless I contact them.

I'm sorry for the delay in response due to technical issues.
I've checked and our geysers only comes with a TP valve and drain ****.
Please advise which valve you're referring to and whether you purchased them separately.
