Appalling Customer Service

The worst service received at builders warehouse in Strubensvalley today. I bought a simple 5 box of tiles, cements and grout. Ok cool, the queues were not long and I paid and was directed to the horrible place ever for collection “The dispatch area”. I drove in and there is no control no order no guidance of where to park and who’s going to assist. I walked to the door and I wasn’t attended at all. I asked for assistance and I was directed to a guy and he referred me back to the door. I stood and stood and eventually after 10 minutes they took my slip. I stood another 30 minutes before I could get my tiles. Someone parked the trolley with cements next to my car and left them there. Ironic enough, the staff isn’t busy at all. Some are asking if there’s smokes and some are chilling and chatting yet they could see that weren’t being attended. Some are busy walking around doing God knows what. This was exactly between the hours of 13:00 and 14:30. Some don’t even guide customers to wait for pass out slips instead they laugh that hhhai they will come back. This is seriously appalling.
