Appalled

I am appalled by the lack of service i received from Builders. I placed an order on 20 March! 13 days later i still did not receive my item!!! The blame gets passed on from delivery department to agents, to store managers to location. A manager called me on Monday to say she bent over backwards to ensure that my delivery will most definitely be delivered by Tuesday 1 April (must have been an April fools joke!). Please its in your best interest to not buy online from this shop! As a Contact Centre Manager, i can assure you they do not have a clue what customer service is!
