Apolling Service!!!!!

Worst customer service.

I order a cabinet online on the 16/01 with delivery being 30/01 which was confirmed by 3 customer service consultants. On the 30thwhen I phoned to ask what time they will be delivering I was only then advised that they are still out of stock. The lady was to follow up and revert back to me regarding expected delivery instead I received notification that my order had been cancelled.

I have been trying now for 2 days leaving messages for the manager or someone who can give clarity on my order....after numerous telephone calls I'm yet to speak to anyone.

Will never purchase gr8.them again
