Apauling service from builders warehouse installers

I purchased a blind from builders warehouse northgate and was told an installer would contact me. No one called until I followed up. A date and time was set for Wednesday the 7th December at 11.30. I took the morning off work to be available! No one called or arrived. Again I called and was told the installer could not come as they had car trouble! Again another day and time was set for Friday the 9th Dec for 9am. Again i took the morning off work! No one called or arrived. Again I called and after hanging on for 25 minutes, I was told the installer would contact me to give me a time. I waited an hour, no one called me. At 11am i called again and was told the installer was on route to me. No one arrived, again I called and the call center lady got the installer on a conference call with me included. He could not even give me an explanation or time of arrival. After 1 o clock I called again and was told the installer would be at my home at 2.30. No one arrived! By now i had called my office and said I needed the entire day off as the morning had gone!! The installer arrived at 3.30 !! No apology, no explanation........ Apauling service from the call center staff who **** to me on several occasions and kept me hanging on for long periods and who ever Builders uses for installers are rude and very unprofessional. I will NEVER use their service again!!!!
