Anyway next....
Yesterday at Builders Warehouse Northgate shopping center in Brooklyn. I tried to spend R47,000. All I asked was for the quote to be reworded as a Pro Forma Invoice so my accounts department could process payment. The response? “We simply can’t do that.”
So instead of securing nearly fifty thousand rand in revenue, Builders Warehouse chose to lose the sale. Incredible. Imagine a company so committed to bureaucracy that it would rather throw away business than type two extra words.
Congratulations, Builders Warehouse — you’ve perfected the art of sales prevention.
