ANY INTELLIGENT LIFE IN BUILDERS WAREHOUSE????

I went to Builders Warehouse, New Market in Alberton on 3 October, wanting to buy brackets to mount a mirror on a wall. I walked around for about 10 minutes trying to find an assistant. Eventually, I found a person from the bathroom department. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name. I explained to him what I was looking for and even Googled a picture and showed him. He informed me that they ONLY have brackets for shelving. He called another person from the fastenings department and said to him: "I have explained to this customer that we don't stock the brackets, ONLY BRACKETS FOR SHELVING", with a serious attitude. The person from the fastenings department showed me the brackets I was looking for. It was too big for the thickness of the mirror and took me back to the bathroom department, and I found exactly what I was looking for. The person from the Bathroom department didn't even know what is going on in his department. It is absolutely shocking. They don't have any product knowledge. I wish I took a picture of that man, sitting on one of the display chairs in the garden furniture department!!!!!
