Answering Calls

I call them up to get a prices on Metal Primer, a lady answers & I ask for paints department, puts me through. A guy answers that phone, I ask him for a price on Metal Primer, suddenly he transfers me, another guy answers, ask him again for price on Metal Primer, again he transfers me, another guy answer, ask him same question, he starts talking in the background & suddenly transfers me again, this went on between 7 people, till I just put the phone down. If no one knows their job, why are they working there.
