Annoyed is an understatement

I ordered a shower door, toilet and wardrobe on the 19th of September from BW in Nelspruit. Everything was in stock - there was only 1 toilet left but when I paid it was IN STOCK. Next day got a call and oh no toilets out of stock I can wait 3 weeks or get a refund to buy another one. I was like chilled, I’ll wait. Since then I have gotten 0 updates. I have emailed them 2-3 times no response I’m ****ed. I won’t be buying from them again if they aren’t delivered by the end of the week. There are now 10 of these toilets in stock in Nelspruit why haven’t I gotten any notification. I am beyond annoyed!
