Annoyed

On the 12th of May we returned a faulty 3in1 sandwhich maker to Constantiaberg store and after calling the store numerous times after the 21day period has passed I keep getting through to a call center and they call the store and speak for you which is such a waste of our airtime and doesn't fix any issues... anyway its almost July and I am yet to get a call to hear what has been done about an item I bought in Feb 2020 and stopped working in May 2020.. why the store couldnt replace item and then take it up with supplier is beyond me and the fact that the store just cant be bothered to let me know whats happening after I was told by the call center I would receive a call from the store leaves me really frustrated and highly annoyed. Please can someone look into this and let me know whats happening as this has been a birthday gift for my daughter.
