ANGRY CUSTOMER

I made a cash sale for R19458.75 on the 15/06/2019 and also paid for delivery . It took them 10 days for them to deliver my stock after calling them a lot of times and being attended bu different call centre agents who would promise to make a follow up. Some would and others didn't. They said I didn't provide them with my address but on the quotation we worked with them had it. They never told me that my order wasn't complete till I called them several times again and as usual promised follow ups. They didn't deliver the Kwikot geyser , vacuum breaker and mono pvc, On the 3rd of July they called to say the have the geyser but have ordered the other stuff but will call me on 4th to update me till today I am waiting. How can they sell me things that are not in stock?Is it fair to wait more than 20 days ? Their service is so bad that I even wrote to complain about it and they never even acknowledge me,Their system of calling their call centre rather than the store you bought from is not working as every time you have to talk to a different person and start your story from scratch.I need that geyser URGENTLY. I have also been asking them to unsubscribe me from their adverti*****t emails instead they are sending me two emails of the same thing.
