Amazing turn-around of service

I purchased a Hoover vacuum cleaner from the Herm**** store but when I opened it at home, it had already been used. I took it back at huge inconvenience to me as I do not live close to the store and I had to put a lot of work on hold to sort this out. The attitude of the floor manager and reception staff were very no-care and could not be bothered to help me sort out the problem apart from giving me a refund, but still leaving me with no vacuum cleaner as there were no more in store and no effort or suggestions were made as to whether one can be obtained PLUS leaving me out of pocket regarding petrol and time. I resolved not to ever purchase there again. However, the store manager Brandon, called me not long after I left the store and apologised profusely for the treatment and "used" product" sold as new and promised to get back to me regarding another machine and to get to the bottom of what happened. He was true to his word and kept me in the loop about what was happening and had happened and I had a new vacuum cleaner two days later. Thank you very much Brandon - you are an asset to Builders Express!
