I received such wonderful service from Babalwa. I went in to purchase a dog kennel. She walked up to me and asked me if I needed assistance to which I rep**** yes. There was no price on it, so she went and found the SKU on the system as she had handwrote it on a paper to give to the cashier. She herself put it on a trolley for me, wheeled it to the pay point, and while I was paying she cleaned it inside and out for me. Then she wheeled it out to my car, helped me take it apart as it was too big, and we made a plan. All of this out of her own, not me asking if she would help me.

Thank you so much for the wonderful service! Please make sure she gets this message. I beleive good service should be rewarded, even a thumbs up from management is great. I work in retail myself, I know how the small things make a big difference to staff when their good work conduct gets noticed!
