Always no stock of promotion product

<p>I went to Builder’s Warehouse Tableview on 17 th of June to buy the Neptun Shova shoes and Chelsea slip on boot both products which were supposed to be on special promotion, but was told by the shop assistant that they do not have stock. As far as I know this is in contravention of the Consumer Protection Act to advertise a product at a specified price and not have stock in store. The assistant Khayalethu then proceded to leave and I then inquired if they will receive stock at a later date. He then took down my contact details and promised to call me should stock arrive. He appeared to be in quite a hurry and could not wait to get rid of me. Up till now no phone call from Khayalethu. Builder’s Warehouse, I am really not impressed. You really like taking your customers for fools time and again with this blatant Bait marketing ploys.</p>
