Always a bad experience at Builders Warehouse Mams Mall

I trust this email will reach the correct department dealing with complaints.

I have been contemplating in complaining about your branch at Mams Mall. It is the closest builders to our house and therefore makes sense for us to go there for builders hardware as we are in the business of making furniture.

The only functional department there is the painting section. The remainder of the store is dysfunctional. The females working on floor are extremely lazy. Most wood sections are not priced which prompts us to ask them for prices, but their attitude is appalling. The previous experience was just as bad, we reached the store 20minutes before closing time, and our task was resize a piece of wood we had bought from them. The male cutting the wood told us he is packing up because it's almost knock off time. Therefore we need to come back the next day. It was a small piece!

We have to travel to Zambezi each time to order our wood because of the zero star service granted at Mams Mall. Unfortunately when we need a small item we go back to mams mall with the hope that the shopping experience will change, but it is no surprise that it's exactly the same.

This morning (30/01/2021) at approximately 10:00am)when asking about prices for different wood approximately 3m long, the lady told us she does not know the price and we have to take each one to the till to check for the price, but SHE WORKS THERE!!!

Please do something about this, perhaps train them on customer service. One can clearly distinguish between the customer service at Zambezi/Atterbury to the service received at Mams Mall, there is little comparison except the branding.

I will not stop here if this does not get attended to. Living in the township does not entitle us to ******* service!!!
