ALBERTON BRANCH IS USELESS JUST LIKE THEY MANAGERS

we went to builder to buy boards for a cupboard , we got there at 10 , got a quote went to join a long que with only 1 cashier to pay , go to get the list cut , there is only 1 man cutting , the manger of his department comes there after we complaining , doesn't even knw how to cut board yet u would think a manager of a department should be better then the workers lol , sad to say even branch manager after complaining did nothing refers us back to department manager that is useless , and they tell us they cannot cut the board , even if we leave the list and come back before they close they will not be able to assist , we got a refund Half a hour later , because u have to join a que for that as well , builders in Albertan should close on public holiday since they cannot do anything . no use being open
