Aircon installation not done

<p>After placing a complaint on hallo peter about a Samsung aircon i bought from builders warehouse in secunda on the 28 th of December . I got phone calls from bouth companies last week assuring me that the install will be done this week . After following up on their promise i found out that they will no longer do the install this week and only 2 weeks later which is unacceptable , cause accourding to the letter that i signed the install will be done within 7 working days after purchase . I spoke to the manager at Builders and told him if the install is not done now within this week then they must come collect there aircon and give me my money back . </p>
