Again BW disregards the customer

Got to Northriding branch at 7.30am this morning and gate was still locked. There were other customers waiting and like myself after a few minutes decided to go else where. No notice on gate of time change from 7.00am to whatever and no security or staff to inform the customers of changes. Shocking customer service, but typical.
