Advertised Christmas Special Damaged

We went to 3 builders warehouses today to buy a trailer as advertised on the Christmas specials list. Strubensvalley had no stock. So they sent us to Fourways... long story....only one in stock new trailer had scratches and bended metal. We then were referred by the sales person to the manager. We said we were still interested, but seen as it is advertised as a NEW TRAILER and although it is on special there is no words in the special that said (DAMAGED, OR FOOT STOOTS) so we asked if she would be prepared to give us discount as it is damaged goods. She very rudely said NO its is already on special. If I wanted to buy something that is damaged I would have gone to Gumtree or OXL, not pay a full advertised purchase price for a damaged good. She rudely told my husband they were not making a lot of money on the discount sales price anyway! REALLY, this is a damaged article, yes it is on special, but its damaged, who in their right mind buys something damaged for the full price advertised???? She was rude and while my husband was still taking she just walked away, needless to say Fourways lost the sale. We will never be back!!
