Accused of not paying installement while paying

Hello,im having problem with builders finance department ,and it is happening for the second time ,i pay every month installement at foschini as it is Rcs card now in july i paid and i got threatening messages that i am owing send the proof of payments still they are busy sending me messages and calling me ,im feedup with their managment who can assist me with this case ?
