Accounts department are a shamble!!! Where does my money go to if not being allocated to my account?

Account department are a shamble!!I am just about fed up with your accounting /management as I have paid in December as well as January yet NO PAYMENT REFLECTS ON MY ACCOUNT??????How is this possible?/ You are also debiting my account monthly when I NEVER gave any permission for any debit orders from you? Is there anybody with enough brains to resolve this issue ?
