Account Activity not authorised

Please can you look into what is happening at your store in Malibongwe in Northriding , someone logged into my account and bought items I had already paid for and listed my order as completed when in fact it was not delivered and am still waiting for delivery today! I will never buy online again from Builders too risky and my card details are in full view of whoever was in my account when I did not save these details !
