Accept OR Decline Communication is Gratitude

To whom it may concern, App**** for an account for my Complex where I am trustee (Chairman). I was given many documents to fill and requested to supply. My initial request, can we have this facility and paid by Body Corp, Handled by our Portfolio Manager. All paper work provided as request. This was a month ago chasing up with Ntombi, the phones just ring and the last mail I got was a week ago stating its with head office. Now why should I chase head office, I'm the client, Ntombi is highly pregnant and it doesn't seem that anyone else works for the department giving credit. Not sure if Ntombi has given birth and handover was done for our account request. Don't feel I should be driving 14 km to see if we have been attended too. This is a out cry to get someone to respond and feedback. Don't let me talk about the service in the gardening section.<br> <br> I need help and answers.<br>
