Abysmal customer services and empty promises

What terrible service from Builders warehouse!

On the 17th of July I place an online order with Builders Warehouse Zambezi for several building materials. None of which was delivered line with what my order confirmation stated. After calling Builders numerous times and being passed from one person to another some of the goods were delivered, but not everything. It has been over three weeks now and still waiting for all the goods I have paid for. Again making calls is a waste of time because you get past from one person to the next all promising to call you back and never do............

Builders Warehouse please refund me for the outstanding items I bought from you three weeks ago and haven't received.
