Absolutely Useless.
On the 26th and and 27th of May, I placed two separate orders online with Builder's Warehouse.
The first order was only partially delivered, with no indication on when I can expect the rest of the order. The other order was never delivered, and no explanation has been given to date as to why the order was not delivered.
I've attempted to contact Builder's Warehouse through a number of means, including through the phone number listed on the site (which doesn't work), the live chat function as well as Emails. This is quite simply the worst customer experience I've experienced to date.

24 Jun 2020, 09:23No Kurt, The store called me and said "Are you still waiting for your paint" and then told me they will get back to me, which then never did. And as you can see from the orders, there are SEVERAL items in both orders.
