absolutely useless

so my wife, who is ill went to Builders in Benoni....bought goods and paid with her card. The teller couldn't not print the invoice as there was a problem with the printer....the manager was paged and never arrived...my wife went to the customer care counter and told them that she was not well...she was informed that she could not take the goods. My wife left the store after paying...without the goods, she will be laying a charge of theft against the store. Please see proof of payment...."TymeBank.
