Absolutely rediculous services
I had the worst service at the Blue Route branch this morning. I spent 40 mins trying to get assistance just to buy a seal/washer for a wash basin plug. There were so many options and I did not want to buy the incorrect product. I stood in a queue waiting to be attended to but when it was my turn the assistant turned to a guy who just started talking to him. I tried to tell him that I was there first and he completely ignored me and continued serving this gentleman. I eventually bought a complete basin plug set to get a washer. I always enjoyed going to that branch but will never go back there
