Absolutely poor service at Builders Warehouse NewMarket Alberton

Absolutely poor service at Builders warehouse Newmarket Alberton. I ordered a large number of bricks on the 7th December 2020. They delivered half the amount of bricks I ordered the following day & told me they would deliver the rest the next day. I went to the store the 9/12/2020 as they did not deliver as promised. They told me they would deliver either 11/12/2020 or 14/12/2020. They still have not delivered. 5 days work lost, now I have to pay the workers for these days that they do no work, all because of these people at builders warehouse who make all these promises & do not deliver. They are absolutely useless & couldn't care less about your problems. If they knew that their supplier did not have sufficient stock why did they make the sale? I could have gone somewhere else & buy the building materials at another hardware. They really are pathetic when it comes to customer service. Another problem is when you wait in the que to be served, there is forever only one person who assists, not to mention in the aisles, no sales assists in sight. Really, really pathetic service all round.
