ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Please do not make use of the online service. Absolutely pathetic. Orders delayed without any explanation. When phoning the call center agents are not able to give any advice or you are told that you will "definitely" receive your order the next day, but nothing arrives. My order was for my husband's birthday but I haven't received my order yet. Did they ***** my money? Should I just forget about the almost R400 worth of delivery fees and just go to the shop (which is a 1.5 hr drive away)?? First my order was delayed because of rain in PE - now suddenly there's no stock. At this point I think I might receive my order before his next birthday 2025!!
