Absolutely NO Service
On Saturday 4 May I visited the Allen's Neck store - I was in the store for no less than 40 minutes, found everything I needed but do you think I could find ANYONE to help me or give advice - you guessed it, NO! but nothing new from builders! I eventually found a manager - had a terse conversation about the shocking service (read non existent service) and left! I then went to Chamberlains which is literally across the road - by comparison, I was attended to immediately and within 30 minutes had selected and bought the awnings, gutters and hardwood external doors (with free delivery I might add!). Builders Warehouse - you seriously don't deserve to be in business - I vote with my wallet so you lose and this is the very last time I set foot in any of your stores! I encourage others to do the same!
