Absolutely dispicable

i bought things that needed delivery on thurdsay 10th July and was promised delivery ystday, 11/07/25. A lady called to confirm delivery around 10h00 ystday then around 12h00 i get a message they won't come as they didn't get hold of me. No one had called. I immediately contacted them via Whatsapp and was promised it is still coming. Around 16h00, i sent my location on whatsapp to facilitate the delively. Nothing, they apologised and told me they will deliver today. I've been following up since morning and was promised they will come. i kept checking, only 15min ago, did they tell me that they decided they will not come yestday afternoon. So, I paid workers yestday and today, i must also pay for no reason because this company could not coordinate a simple thing like a delivery. And - they **** throughout this time, pretending they are coming. Who pays for the people that came ystrday and today for no reason!!!!!! i'm thoroughly disappointed at the lack of integrity and dismissiveness for how much i've lost for no reason because of their callousness. All they say on whatsapp, is they are sorry for my experience as if that pays the bills
