Absolutely dismal service from Builders Warehouse Tokai

So I purchased items from Builders Warehouse to the value of about 8k. I requested delivery for a Saturday and when I called about 10 times on the Friday before I was reassured it was scheduled and that they would call me back to confirm. Heard not a peep from the store so I called back on Saturday morning to check if we were still on for the delivery only to find out it wasn’t scheduled at all resulting in me either having to wait around for the driver to deliver as they could not give me a definitive time OR go and pick the items up myself (baring in mind these were massive items). So because clearly they’re useless I opted to not rely on them to deliver my items.

Fast forward a few days, my builder opens up the vanity unit I purchased only to find that even though it was a combo, the sink was missing (shocker). So I call them again for about two days with little to no feedback they tell me the item is out of stock and they’ll be collecting it from another store. This was on Thursday last week and again I have no confirmation that the store has the item. There is also little to no sympathy from the employees I’ve spoken to and it appears that it is expected that my builder come and collect the new unit himself.

I’m busy with an entire home renovation and sure as hell won’t be back to builders for anything.
