Absolutely disastrous management systems for payments, did a Direct immediately cleared ETF payment to them and they refuse to release goods, due to some ****ty OTP pin they should receive. lost a day with the management staff in Secunda who have no clue on how their own systems work. had to make a cash payment at the speed point and now they wont return my funds.
