Absolutely appalled at the way you treat your customers, just because your staff have no clue what is happening.

We called to confirm stock and price of an item on the website, we were then directed to the Boksburg branch on North rand road. once at the store we were told that the price confirmed with the call center agent is not the price in store and that we will not be able to purchase the item at the price we were quote.

Rudely and arrogantly to add to the inconvenience of a pensioner driving around being sent from one store to the next just to leave empty handed.
