Absolute disaster

Builders warehouse Rivonia I am writing to you as I currently have not received any assistance regarding an issue that occurred on Tuesday the 22/07/2024

I came to the store bright and early in the morning to purchase 2 20 paint sabie dune to be exact

- after paying for the paint, I left it on site so my employees and commence with the painting

- later that afternoon upon arriving on site it's when it dawned on me that the paint colour was not correct

- we then returned the paint and the Managers confirmed that the colour was incorrect and I was refunded for the paint

My issue here is that I needed to pay the laborers twice to do the same job based on the error of the paint - the was a lot of inconvenience in this process builders referred me to a duram Rep and to date there has been no contact whatsoever

I have called and went to the store on more than three occasions looking for the actual store manager to sort this thing and I have not found any joy to this date
