Abosultely Useless reception.Thats why you fail

This morning I tried to contact Builders warehouse Rivonia after spoke to Tebogo then Libby after 6 cellphone calls costing me R150.All this I could not speak to the branch Manger who is never available and nobody answering at builders counter.I just needed to make enquiries and place an order for River Sand as I did in the past.This is very sad because I have seen a decline in service and attitude since the move from Sunninghill to further down the road.I will indeed also post this same comments on the USA Walmart media site.I have the evidence of calls and durations.I have now just given up trying to even get to speak to anyone or any management at BW Rivonia.This is the 8 time in 2 years that I have experienced such incompetence from this Branch.It will be very surprising to see how this branch makes profits.Very unhappy customer who will now escalate to Walmart USA.NAresh ***
