ABOSULTE NON EXISTANT HELP ON ONLINE ORDER DELIVERY!!!

ONLINE DELIVERY NON EXISTENT - ORDER# ***

Order place on 12 Dec at 11:02. Order confirmation stated delivery by 14 Dec. No delivery as yet 12 days later. I started calling and e-mailing on 18 Dec enquiring regarding delivery. Was informed delivery will take place 22 Dec. Instructed to leave parcel at security. Driver arrived. Parcel was not sealed but opened so security refused to accept. Phoned again. Delivery scheduled for 23 Dec. Status on your website says order delivered. No order was delivered to security and no one phoned for access to the estate. Please help!
