I have had the worst experience with Builders , where I now have to literally fight to get back my R410 for a vaccum that was advertised on their website and now they state they cant fulfill the order. This has been a total inconvience because I had to now go pull bank statements and provide other unnecessary documents of which its an additional expense to me because I am being charged for pulling a bank statement. I have provided them with what they wanted but even now I have not gotten my refund, i keep being told they will advise once processed. It just goes to show that they do not care, i even told them i don't want the money being put in the builders account as i do not intend of buying anything and guess what....they put it in the builders profile.
