A nice way to tell the customer to go away and to get stuffed!!!

I bought a Grip Generator 7.5kVa and wanted a replacement part namely the Automatic voltage regulator. Builders only advertise the 2.5 and 5kVA regulators. I send an e-mail asking if it is possible to get this regulator.

I received no feedback or response

Then I phoned the helpline. I was told by the lady on the helpline to phone Grip and ask them where to get the part. I then asked her for the telephone number. After a long delay, she told me to go and look at the generator to see if it was there.

This is by far the worst customer satisfaction approach I have ever experienced in my life. What a nice way to tell the customer to go away and to get stuffed!!!
