A manager who is intimidating staff

<p>I'm a concerned south Africa citizen who has a friend working at builders. They have a store manager who is very rude to all the staff, he talks to da staff anyway he likes, and when it comes to overtime who ever can't work it he threaten them with written warnings. I honestly don't think a person should be forced to work overtime. So please Peter sort this out for them we really could use your help. Thanks</p>
