A Lesson in TOTAL APATHY

I must congratulate the cashier Eva S for her absolute disinterest in processing my purchase. The "look" and the absolute disinterest in assisting me in moving my purchases toward her scanner were only outshone by Tebogho who was merely slouching on her counter - and messaging whoever (his girlfriend I guess) - whilst I was attempting to process my purchase. I am sure that their complete indifference to the customer is an integral part of their staff training. Clearly Albert, who rushed to be of assistance in the yard did not go through the same staff training - he was helpful, concerned and pleasant. Well done Albert !! Sorry that I cannot say the same for Eva and Tebogho - MY PURCHASES FROM YOUR STORE HELPS TO PAY YOUR SALARY - I WILL RATHER PURCHASE ELSEWHERE WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
