A HUGE THANK YOU

For the past 6 weeks i have been searching for a door handle - yes a specific handle. I was at Builders and had the most horrifying experience with a man there telling me what an idiot us woman are for not bringing the handle or a picture so he does not want to help me ... so i thought FINE! After exploring supplier after supplier - no one really helped ... as a last resort i went back to Builders now just to get any damn handle that will fit and work! Thando jumped to help me ... i was so relieved cause i really didn't know what handle to get or how they will work on the door and and and ... he was so patient, he was SO friendly, he was so confident in his knowledge and when he gave me a set of handles that was almost exactly like the handle i was looking for i couldn't resist but to grab him and hug him! You have no idea how much it means when someone can help with a smile - you dear sir are appreciated and my son was extremely chuffed with you - thanks for the great example! Builders you better spoil this young lad!
