A GEM!!

Today is my 2 month anniversary since my first interaction with BW Tswelopele. I can only describe my experience as \Nightmarish\", but Kenneth restores my faith EVERY SINGLE TIME. His sense for customer service is what i describe as 'Client care\". He is patient and empathetic. Too bad he doesn't have the kind of powers to make decisions on behalf of the customer. <br> <br> He goes BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY every time i interact with him and he doesn't do that only for me (knowing my history of mishaps), i see it with other customers.<br> <br> He is adds value to the store and just a pleasure to deal with.<br> <br> I had vowed that after this phase of my building is complete, i would either terminate my contract with BW or never visit BW Tswelopele again, he's making me think twice about it.<br> <br> THANK YOU KENNY!!"
