A bit disappointed

I went to builders express in Mafikeng to purchase Dulux Paints and dealt with Gontse who represents Dulux and Thato who represents Fired Earth paints and both their service was excellent. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the person who represents Plascon Paints. I wanted a specific colour paint in Cashmere mixed for me. They did not have the Base to tint the paint for me. When I told him I heard they expecting delivery of paints on Friday and whether he can enquire from the supplier if they could send it on Friday. His response while taking down the code on the computer for the tint was Eish and Eesh. While waiting for the other two gentlemen to come to my assistance I was told by this person to walk around in the shop in the meantime. When I asked him why I cannot stand at the counter and wait his response was the management don't like seeing customers standing around because they think we are not being assisted. Well I definitely was not being assisted by him with the gold tooth because he did not even try to make an effort to enquire if the base tint will be available on Friday or not. And this is by no means an accusation but by my observation of him, it looked like he was under the influence of something. One does not respond to a client that just bought for 15k and want to buy more with a response like Eish and Eesh. The three stars rating for the other two men.
