A big thank you to Tebogo and Given:-)

I would like to thank Tebogo and Given who provided excellent service to us and we never even meet them in person. I called Builders Klerksdorp and asked them how can I buy goods but deliver in Klerksdorp? They advised they have a process of using vouchers so I had to buy a voucher then send them the voucher details so they can redeem it in Klerksdorp. I asked for quotations as well which were e-mailed and at any given point they are phoning and making sure that i am not left in the dark. They advised that a person who will come to buy the goods must ask for them. My nephew in law went to them to actually buy. Today I asked them to pick and deliver the goods and my nephew in law just told me that things are okay and goods are awaiting the delivery time. I am so thankful and they really went an extra mile to deliver excellent service. Not even once we were frustrated because they gave feedback and calling to ask for clarity. E-mailing where necessary and it is such people that contribute to a company's growth because you will always think Builders Warehouse when you need to buy. Please send my THANK YOU to them. I am stunned.
